Semi-private personal training sessions can focus on all the same goals as private personal training and is the next best thing. With this type of training, the client finds their own training partner(s). In order for this type of training to be effective all clients involved should be at similar fitness levels and have similar goals. Sometimes it is recommended that the clients do some private personal training sessions to start, then go to semi-privates or do a combination of private and semi-private weekly. Semi-private personal training groups consist of two or three people.
