Personal training is a great way to accomplish your fitness goals, but it is also a great way to supplement other activities that may not offer everything you need to achieve a balanced healthy body. Our personal training clients also receive guidance on what they need to do outside the studio as well as eating strategies to accelerate progress. Total caloric intake, macronutrient balance and nutrient timing will be covered to either lose weight, improve wellness or increase athletic performance. Soft tissue therapy is also available to our clients who have restricted movement, altered posture, muscle imbalances and chronic pain. These treatments increase the effectiveness of corrective exercise and other fitness training.
