Golf Conditioning

Golf is a game of power and highly refined body mechanics.

Golfers training with one of our certified personal trainers can expect to:

  • Increase hip, spine and shoulder mobility
  • Increase stability in the knees, elbows, shoulders, wrists and the core
  • Increase full body strength and power

This training will result in hitting the ball farther……and reducing the risk of acute and chronic back issues, medial epicondylitis (golfer’s elbow), lateral epicondylitis, overuse injuries of the wrist flexors and extensors and rotator cuff issues.

Ask for our

Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified trainer to schedule a TPI fitness screen.

Testimonial:

"Since working out at Truth Fitness with the guys, I feel more confident with my golf swing. My strength, flexibility and core fitness has increased. My golf swing and rotation has improved. My distance with a golf ball has improved at least 20 yards and I’ve lowered my handicap four strokes!"

"A regular exercise program that includes core strengthening, stretching and strengthening all the major muscle groups can help decrease your injury rate and increase your playing time.”

“You don’t need bulging muscles to hit a long drive – but the stronger your muscles, the greater your club speed. Better yet, stronger muscles are less prone to golf injuries. For best results, do strength training exercises year round.”
